We offer an extensive jewelry collection in our store that is not yet online. We would be happy to help you coordinate your purchase by suggesting other items and providing you with jewelry images.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it within 30 days from the ship date for a full refund (excluding shipping). All returns must be in original condition with a copy of the receipt. We recommend shipping your return in a box, fully insured with a carrier that provides a tracking number. Down Under Jewelry is not responsible for items lost in transit. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Special orders and custom pieces are non returnable, non refundable and are a final sale.

We ship all our orders fully insured through UPS. We can only ship to U.S. addresses at this time and do not ship to PO boxes.

Any errors are unintentional and we apologize if any incorrect information is reflected in item price or availability. Down Under Jewelry reserves the right to amend errors at any time without prior notice. In the chance that an item is listed at an incorrect price, Down Under Jewelry has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price, regardless whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Down Under Jewelry will issue a credit to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.

Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
